A little bit about us

Nice to meet you! I am Dominique. I have nothing exceptional… I am a bohemian soul, with hair in the image of life: perfectly imperfect!, who runs on coffee, sweet family moments, adventures and world maps.

Since 2006, I travel the world with my family in order to feel free… free from my mundane routine where I don’t grow. I also travel to discover the most beautiful landscapes that the earth has to offer and to learn again and again how to live differently is magnificent and fascinating. Between my travels, I pursue and immortalize my journeys by creating beautiful maps of the world that I draw by hand.

Travel is now my life! But before they became my life, there was a before. In this “before”, I had a well-paid job, which brought me security and recognition. My colleagues were all super friendly and the job’s benefits were many. And yet…

However, I viscerally felt that my place was elsewhere. In fact, my place was everywhere in the world, because when I traveled, I felt happy, alive, free. It has become an obsession, an urgency to live, as if I could not waste the precious trip that is MY LIFE in a metro, work, sleep routine. I had to resign and… I resigned. Then came the time to embody this call to life. My husband Clinton, my adorable Emma-Kate and I have packed our bags several times and set out to discover this gorgeous world.

Over the course of many travel adventures and experiences, our family has solidified its ties and has opened up to the richness of diversity. This wealth which, I am convinced, will make my daughter more than a woman, but an accomplished, fulfilled and grateful citizen of the world.
