Returns, Refunds And Exchanges

30-Day Quality Guarantee

We draw and personalize the creatives, and local professional printers print them and ships them to you. All of our products have a 30-day quality guarantee. If your product breaks or has manufacturing defects, or arrives broken on delivery, take a photo of the broken part and send me all the details at info@easyplanettravel.com so that we can have it reprinted and delivered to you, free of charge. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.

Lifetime Guarantee

We are happy to offer you a lifetime guarantee, applicable only if a country changes name. If a country changes name, we will exchange your world map for an updated one, free of charge. Please take note that the world map design might have changed since your 1st order. You will receive the same format, print and customization you first ordered. You will need to ship back to us your original world map. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.

Due to the nature of these digital items, once a file has been sent or downloaded it can’t be returned, and therefore there is no possibility of refunding.
