Museum-quality paper, uncoated, 200 gsm/ 80lb, white, will last many years without any yellowing or discoloration, FSC-certified paper, shipped in robust packaging.

If framed: Ready-to-hang, made from pine wood, 20-25mm /0.79″-0.98″ thick and 10-14mm /0.4″-0.6″ wide. Includes shatterproof clear plexiglass. Color choices: Black, Natural wood, and White (specify your choice of colour in the personalization box please)

3/16” or 5 mm think foam board, solid PVC panel with a protective UV film, ready to hang on the wall. Easy to stick on and remove from the wall.

Our canvas come with a ‘nail-hook’ type system, which has the advantage of causing very little damage. With a ready-to-install wire back assembly, you will only need a hammer to do the job.

As for your personal preferences, we simply suggest you ask yourself about the height at which you want to hang your work as well as the laterality (left, centered, right). For an optimal result, calculate the width of the chosen wall, substitute that of your frame and get out your ruler and mechanical pencil!

Customized orders

You will receive a proof within 1-3 business days of your purchase (for custom products).

Once you have approved it, the making of your map will begin! The sooner you approve your proof, the sooner you will receive it. Please note that if you take more than 36 hours to approve your proof, the 17-day deadline cannot be respected. Please make sure to check your spam. We offer a maximum of 3 free revisions to any custom creation. Any further changes after this will require additional charges, and add to the delivery time above.

The Making of Your Product

It takes 3-14 business days for your order to be fulfilled, before it is shipped to you, depending on the product you order.

Posters and foam boards are printed within 1 to 7 business days; 

Canvas are printed and assembled within 5 to 12 business days.

Delivery Times

Once your purchase has been shipped, the average delivery time is 2 to 14 business days.

Note: Processing times are estimated for the continental United States and Canada; Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut may take longer. We sincerely regret that we are unable to ship to military addresses at this time.

Digital Download Or Printable Files Or Digital Files

You won’t receive any physical product shipped and mailed to your home.

Please! Download your files to your computer BEFORE going to the print shop. Then copy them to a USB memory stick. Or email the files from the computer to the print shop.

Using a computer for downloading the files is strongly recommended (some of our files are really big). Phones or tablets sometimes can’t manage those huge files.

Non-Customized Digital Downloads

Our files are available as an instant download right after your purchase. There’s a button named “Click Here to Download” at the end of the purchasing process for you to download your files. You will also receive an email with the link to download your files.

Finally, you can access your instant download purchases from your My Account page.

Customized Digital Downloads

Customizable items can’t be downloaded instantly because we have to customize them.

If you order a customized digital download, the file won’t be available to download immediately: we will personalize your download ourself and with a lot of love within 96 hours. As soon as we have carefully customized your digital download, we will send the file to you by email or the link to download it from a shared folder! There you go, it’s as simple as that!

You are responsible for contacting us if you don’t get the link.

The files sent by us using a shared folder will be available to you for 30 DAYS. After that, we will remove the files from our shared folder. Please download them and save them on your computer, where you can keep them stored.

Our proof-and-review process means that if you aren’t satisfied with your customization, you always have the option of getting a 100% refund (as long as your artwork hasn’t been printed yet).

The colors can appear differently from the product pictures, because the professional printing colors are in CMYK and our screens display RGB colors.

We assure you that your custom world map will look like in the product description's photo. If not, we will get it reprinted for you at no cost.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

All of our products have a 30-day quality guarantee. If your product breaks or has manufacturing defects, or arrives broken on delivery, take a photo of the broken part and send us all the details by message so that we can have it reprinted and delivered to you, free of charge. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.

Due to the nature of these digital items, once a file has been sent or downloaded it can’t be returned, and therefore there is no possibility of refunding.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer cash on delivery. But we have a lot of options that allow flexible payments.
